Time
has flown by. In just a few weeks we will be having our Raffle and Auction. Auction and raffle prizes have not been fully
determined yet but we have received the following:
An hors d’oeuvres serving tray - fresh flower centerpiece - a bath basket - a
bag of books - two hours of weeding - one hour of Excel lessons - 2 hours of set-up, clean-up,
or serving at your party - lunch for you and a friend at a local restaurant - lunch for 4 at
donor's house - help for you, a child, or grandchild with resume writing or interview preparation -
family recipe of China Chews - 2 tickets to ACT - 3 hours of hemming or alterations or minor
repairs to your clothes - one case or two half cases of wine - a gold evening purse - a crystal vase
for burning fragrant oil - a glass dolphin, $40 gift certificate for Passion for Pooches - 2 tickets to
the play Belle of Amherst at FLT.

If you are willing to donate a service; your time, or an item, please get the donation
forms to Cindy. There is a form below which you can mail. You can call Cindy at 321-4345 and she will fill out the form for
you — or just call and she will brainstorm with you. There are so many interesting things to do on this island, from
lectures at the History Museum to reenactments at the Fort; plays at our community theatres; or tours on boats. Offer to take
someone with you to something you like to do.
We're looking forward to seeing you all at the Ocean Club for a few hours of laughter and entertainment. Who knows who will show up?
